I offer a complimentary 30-minute call for us to connect. I’ll listen to where you are in your journey and what kind of support you may be seeking. You can ask any questions you have about death doulas, my approach, or topics that feel important or uncertain. There is no pressure or commitment — just space to explore what feels right for you.

If you decide you’d like to move forward, we’ll schedule a consultation in your home — or another space where you feel most comfortable. This time is devoted to learning more about your story, your values, and what matters most to you. Together, we’ll thoughtfully explore which services feel like the right fit to support your needs and wishes.

I will prepare an initial plan to help guide us as we begin. This plan is flexible and can be adjusted at any time to reflect your changing needs or wishes.
